Shipping Policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

The shipping rates for most items are weight-based.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy and Conditions

Returns are offered within the contiguous United States. Return requests must be made within 14 business days of the date you receive your products. Submissions after this period will be denied. You may return or exchange most new, unopened items for a full refund. We'll cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error i.e., you received an incorrect item.

Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

The operations team must approve all returns or exchanges.  Refunds will be issued after the item is received into inventory and inspected. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
